Susan Monaghan Elected President of Dorchester Humane Society
Cambridge, MD, - Susan Monaghan was elected President of the Dorchester Humane Society at the April meeting of the Board of Directors. Sharon Keutmann resigned after accepting a full-time position in Annapolis and feeling she would be unable to fulfill her responsibilities as President. We wish her all the best and are happy she will remain an active member of our board. Mrs. Monaghan has served on the board for several years and she is looking forward to building on the foundation established by Ms. Keutmann and to continue getting the community more involved in the organization. "Dorchester Humane Society belongs to our community and we need their support to reach our goals," says Mrs. Monaghan. "I'm very excited about what the future will bring to us and encourage everyone to visit the shelter on Bucktown Rd." Susan lives in Cambridge and her family includes several pets.
